Where is it?

Formation Zone is based in the award winning Roland Levinsky Building on the University of Plymouth campus, located in the heart of the city of Plymouth. With travel connections to Bristol in 2 hours and London in less than 4 hours this makes Formation Zone the ideal place to be.

  • Space a workstation or office and professional meeting room at the Roland Levinsky Building on an affordable and flexible hire basis
  • Support practical business advice, support and mentoring from creative industries and commercial specialists

  • Resources access to university facilities and resources including the Entrepreneurship Programme and annual Business Ideas Challenge

How much does it cost?

Use of a workstation full time typically costs £150 per month including most overheads. We also have rates for part-time use and accessing support sessions only, so please get in touch and talk to us about your requirements so that we can find the best fit for you.

How to apply

The application process for Formation Zone is designed to ensure that we are developing the best environment for our clients. We ask you to complete a short proposal and then come in for an informal interview.
